Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Sex in Public

I was at the beach today and a man next to me exposed

himself to me. I found it a little exciting and watched as

he played with himself. I also got a hard-on and

exposed myself for about 5 sec. I did not play with

myself or anything like that. I stoped watching and got

up to leave that was when I noticed a man across the

street filming us with a vido camera. What if anything

can this man do with the vido? Can he turn it into the

police? Can I be charge with something at a latter

date?

Thank You.

John

Re: Sex in Public

Sex in public is never a good idea. As they say there is a time and place for everything. But enough with the lecture. Legally speaking it would be HARD to proseucte you due to the lack of proof that exists in a practicle sense. Of course this is all speculation as no one knows exactly what is on the video, but it is doubtful that it contains a picture of your face and privates.

Stay calm and maybe choose a different beach for the rest of the summer.
