i have a complaint and us attorney general office regarding a auto fiance company. papers i send them, payment histories, income paperwork, banking act information is missing from my home what is the likelihood of them taking it and why would they. what is the law concerning private investigators or collection agents coming into your home.

It's difficult to tell what is exactly going on with the limited information you provided. The only the government can take things from your home is with a warrant. If the federal government has served a warrant and conducted a search on your home and financial documents then you would benefit from consulting with an attorney so that you can provide a full description of events and get some advice specific to your situation.
