how can i talk to my wife without going to jail due to a resraining order based on nothing but lies.

Short answer....YOU CAN'T. You would be in violation of her restraining order and could be arrested if law enforcement found out. It is better that you let your attorney have any and all contact with her, if need be, until any restraining orders can be lifted. Just know this...if she calls you and the both of you speak on the phone or meet for coffee, YOU and YOU ALONE are in violation of the restraining order.....NOT HER. Too bad your attorney wasn't successful in defending against the restraining order. If your wife is telling lies about you, leave her. Or she will have you put in jail again and again.
