Trespassing

I was arrested for trespassing, I

knocked on door and was telling a

woman who had an affair with my

husband off, what kind of ruling am I

looking at?

Typically, knocking on someone's door is not trespassing. Get a good lawyer to get rid of this ridiculous charge.

The first question is: will the Tulare DA file against you? They may not, given the facts and the "victim" isn't the best.

I doubt that you would be charged with "trespassing" based on the limited facts given. It's more likely you would be charged with "disturbing the peace"; if at all. Also, don't make matters worse on yourself - stay away from the adultress woman.
