Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

If u purchased a semiautomatic weapon legaly and got pulled over for DUI and possess ilegal substances with you can u still be able to keep your weapon eventhoug the felony for the substances will be droped in 18 months to a misdeameanor. The weapon was at home durring the arrest.

Didn't you ask this question earlier? Convicted felons cannot have guns, at all, whether at home, behind the front seat of the car, in the trunk, or hidden in the attic. It is a state and federal crime. Quit equivocating.
