Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I have a warrant for petty theft for something stupid that I did 5 months ago. I have never been in trouble with the law before, except for traffic tickets. (Haven't even had one of those in like 15 years). The investigating detective's opinion is that I will likely be released on O.R. and not need to post bail or even do any jail time due to my exceptionally clean record. The bail is set at $500. How likely am I to be released on O.R., how much jail time, if any, am I looking at, and does the fact that they have my legal name incorrect do me any favors here? What am I realistically looking at? If it matters, the court is in Orange County. Thanks for your advice.

This is a tough question to answer without additional fact of the case (which the Judge will use to determine any issues of bail). If you wish to discuss further, please call my office.
