Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was wondering if I would be able to file for a Harrassement restraining order against my 4mo old daughter's grandparents. They had her father arressted on friday, that day his father called me trying to get me to give him information to support their case, after I told him not to call me, he called me back several times after that. 3 days later the grandmother called my phone wanting to talk to me, when I respectfully let her know I which not to speak with her, she hung up, but called me back yelling at me and cussing. I don't want either one of them calling me anymore. would I be able to file a report or restraining order against them?
