Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

yolo da used as a bullie.....

scenerio= sister inlaw(s) dispute. brothers (pending)ex wife who hasn't any arrest record but is a bonified nut case, filed a felony complaint against her husbands sister, who has a felony criminal record that is approx 19 yrs old, with no other arrests since then. the penal code 422 is making terriorist threats, that she was threatend, she was going to be killed along with her two monkey kids. it could be comical but under the circumstances it is not.

This woman is aware of her husands sisters past criminal record and has decided to use it to retaliate. Her evedince....a copy of her fax caller i.d. from home, list showing my work number.

It's my brothers house....

it's tough position to be in....my ways have changed years ago I've been working with a family for all these past years. She wants to jeaporidize this because she is a scorned woman.

this is going into a year of court appearences....what the heck....she not normal mentally...perhaps the da is documenting her?

so i guess my question still stands what the heck is the d.a. doing?? Is he being used as a bullie or is the d.a. as scared of her as is my brother??

Re: yolo da used as a bullie.....

The D. A. is probably not being bullied. They know that they are subject all the time to being used in family and personal disputes.

So get all your evidence together, and wait for the trial date. That is assuming there has been a charge filed by the D. A.
