Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

My Ex-Girlfriend moved back to me with her 6 years old kid from 26th of April but she is continuously saying we are not in a relationship. I don't want to live with her any more. She doesn't want me around her and I want to move on with my life. I feel she is using me. The rent agreement is under my name. She is taking over my bedroom and she is sleeping with her kid. I have to sleep on the floor in the living room. Please let me know what should I do to kick her out from my apartment.

Thanks,

Ali

If she does not pay any rent, she is a guest and has no right to stay there. Tell her to leave so that you do not have to call the police. If she is supposed to pay rent or does pay it, then it seems she may be a leasee under you and you must give her a 30 day notice terminating the rental agreement.
