Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

National Origin Discrimination

I live in a city with a population of about 207,000 and about 80,000 (40%) of its residents are Armenian. A new outdoor mall opened and I have yet to see any Armenian employees working in the stores that compose the mall. Is there a way that I can prove statistically that the there is national original discrimination occurring?

Or maybe the question rephrased:

In a pool of qualified Armenians and other nationals how can we prove that one group is favored over the other using statistics.
