Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

I was wondering if you can sue a suppermarket because the refused service to you but the day before you had just been in there and everything was of. but this time you left there was one lady who helped you the previous day had followed you out while to other guys who worked at the store stood outside of the store watching. the lady who followed us out ran behind us to see where or what kind of a car we got into

Apparently they though you had acted suspiciously the day before so did not want you in the store again. That does not seem unreasonable. Unless you can show it was done because of your color/ethnic background then there would be no issue of discrimination.
