Legal Question in DUI Law in California

arrested for dui --blooc test came back negative on one blood test came back trace for marijuana. I did not receive a speeding ticket at time of arrest. But, later there was an add on or enhancement of speeding 110 miles per hour. I know I was speeding but did not realize it was that high. I have a public defender. Case has been postponed monthly.

It is now been about a year. I am enrolled in school and will start Nov 16. New court date is Nov 3rd. Should I fight this or give up? DUI will adversely affect my future.
