Legal Question in DUI Law in California

My boyfriend just got a 3rd DUI in november. His court date is coming up next Tuesday. I was wondering what are the charges he may be faced with?

It is a third DUI i n ten years I would guess. He may still be on probation for the other two. Depending on the county, the judge and his attorney he will be facing up to one year jail for the third DUI and 1.5 years for the probation violation. If he has other issues, he could be facing more, including other probation violations.
