DMV required alcohol education classes

Grandson plead guilty. Served 60 days work program. Planned move to Nevada. Has been told classes must be taken in CA. NV classes would not be accepted. Prevents him from moving to NV to be with new born daughter. What can he do? He would have to stay her for 18 months to satisfy order.

Re: DMV required alcohol education classes

Well, who said he can't take classes in Nevada? I have been able to obtain orders for all of my clients who have moved to be able to take classes in other states. He needs to do a motion to modify probation.

I realize that there are facts of your grandson's case of which I might not be aware so you really should consult with an attorney in your area.
