Legal Question in DUI Law in California

Help! I've got to fight a d.u.i.

I've been charged with three counts.

vc 23152(A)f1 w/23560 w/23578

count2)vc 23152(B)f1w/23560w/23578

count3)vc 23223, I've checked myself into, and completed a 28 day residential program,and am currently participating in out patient classes,and meetings.note:I recieved these charges 10 days prior

to my release off of parole. I was discharged anyway.

I have some doubts about the breathalizer test taken.

I have cirrohsis of the liver,and almost all the alcohol in my system was from the previous night.

NOTE: the date of charges is 1/1/01

please give me some advise on how to fight this! thanks for your time.

You've raised far too many issues to answer in this forum. Very briefly, you should get a good attorney who specializes in DUI defense, as (1) you're facing some serious charges and potential penalties, (2) liver disease can definitely affect a breath machine reading, (3) it sounds like you may also have a probation or parole violation hearing in the future, (4) from the dates you give it also sounds like a bench warrant has been issued for your arrest.
