Legal Question in DUI Law in California
PC-1000 and DUI
I was placed in the PC-100 program at the beginning of the year. During that time I received a DUI, but charges weren't filed until 5 months later. I will have finished the PC-1000 course when I go to court for the DUI, will the two interact due tot he probationary period? I am 20 years old.
