warrants

my son was injured in accident.He has crushed foot and femer. He has dui warrants.the police have been looking for him. can they take him into custody in his condition? what should we do?

There is not enough information. Hospitals don't usually call the police to arrest someone who is in the hospital, injured. However, if he was in an accident because he was DUI, the police can arrest him for this new DUI, plus on the oustanding warrants. His bail might be really high. You should get an attorney.
