Legal Question in Entertainment Law in California

My deceased son was an associate of a now famous rapperthe rapper attended his funeral and video taped...that same year the rapper released his first CD and included a free DVD that featured footage from my sons funeral and him honoring their "friendship" and his passing. No, he did not get our permission but we were ok and let it go at the time. However, just last week VH1 began airing a Behind the Music bio of this rapper's life and in the episode, footage of my sons funeral is being used as if the rapper is at someone named Charles' funeral and a picture of someone named Charles is shown but with my sons funeral footage. My family and my sons friends call and share their anger when they see it which continues to stress me out. Now I am crying and grieved every time this blatant disrespect airs. What can I do?
