Law suit

I am part owner of a LLC and I am being sued as an indavidual, the contract was with the company not me?

You definitely need a lawyer to handle things for you. The fact is, you're being sued. The LLC may protect you from liability, but you still need to respond.

If you have operated your LLC properly, then you should be able to avoid personal liability, but you need to retain a trial attorney asap. Our CA member attorney can assist you with this.
