Legal Question

a major european record label has attached its label to my cd during mastering,,,they say we will promote u,u promote us etc...the offer no cotract..what are the record companies rights if theyre label is on my cd??? can they sell my cd without my knowledge???WHAT ARE THE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF THE label on my cd??
