Legal Question in Entertainment Law in California

I manage a group that perform for a festival ssponsored by a local TV station. The station required that all performers sign a release so they could televise the event. My group was paid 900 for the live event, but we refused to sign the release until the lanaguage was added that we would get a copy of all footage (from each camera used, there were 3) to make a promo DVD with. The stationed accepted the releases and promised to make good right after they finished putting together there special. I have E-mails to that effect. After the TV special was shown they renigged on their promise and said the raw footage from the theree cvameras was not available. The special was aired twice and may have also been sold overseas. What should i do?

Was the language added to the release? You need to review the release and then maybe have an attorney send a demand letter. If they still don't respond, you may need to sue for breach of contract.
