Legal Question in Family Law in California
my ex and I have 50/50 custody of my five yr. old, we went to court and agreed on this. I have reason to believe he has violated three of the court ordered stipulations. he is working and I have no idea who cares for my son when he's at work, he told the judge the he had no job and I know for a fact he is working but I don't know where. the only reason he won't give me back my son is so he won't pay child support. I do not want his money all I want is my son here with me.

Without knowing what the three violations are, I can't say whether they might be grounds to modify custody. If you know he is working you need to get proof. If you can prove that he was working at the time you last were in court you can have the 50/50 custody set aside for fraud.
