Legal Question in Family Law in California
I'm 25 years old man and i was dating a 15 year old girl, but under the mom consent (no sex) as I have made a oath to god to wait till she is of age if anything. My question is we have made the decision to end the relationship and just be friends and the mother says thats ok, but the thing is the dad is against me period. her parents are split up and shes under her mothers control and custody. My question is can I get in-trouble for just being her friend and hanging out if its ok with the mother, but not the father (keep in mind shes under her mom's full custody). I live in California.

You are running the risk of spending a long time in jail. Very few people are going to believe a 25 year old man was dating a 15 year old and they were not having sex or you were not doing something improper. Nor does the 15 year old really know what she is doing. Leave the situation before more harm is done.
Mr. Shers is right. I can't think of a person who would be sympathetic to you at all.
