amount of child support payment

I get him on friday afternoons and keep him till sunday night and an occasional sleepover during the week when the situation calls and split the holidays! Is this considered joint custody?

Read your order. If it says joint custody, then you have joint custody. Courts are moving away from characterizing custody. They perfer to say you have a certain amount of parenting time.
