How do you get an annulment in California? What is the difference between Annulment and a Divorce?

When the court grants a judgment of annulment it is saying that there was not a legal marriage. There are very limited grounds upon which an annulment may be granted. A divorce, an action to dissolve the marriage, is easily obtained in California.
