Legal Question in Family Law in California

my aunt is in charge of my parents will.... can she give more money to one than the other if she thinks its the right thing to do .even if its says its to be given out evenly to all in the will/.....in california

Your aunt cannot determine the terms of someone else's will. You have posted this question from a zip code outside of California, and may want to post in your state or where your parents live.
