Legal Question in Family Law in California

CA, community property, PEER 80 under Teamster Pension Trust Fund. 32 yrs of marriage. QDRO.

I was awarded 50% which equailed $1,469.00 per mo.for my share. I only get $812.00 per mo as my portion was pro rated by age under normal retirement rather than PEER 80 which means 100% without reduction for early out.

I am looking for other cases of Spouses under PEER 80 being denied their full 50%. I have been shorted $650.00 per month for over 12 years. EX was always qualified and never had a break in service. Table used by trust fund was for normal retirement. Looking for my rights to 50% of PEER I was eligible to take at the time of divorce as my communityu property.

Where and how can I find these type of cases to review? Please help.
