Legal Question in Family Law in California

child ''Care''

If I am a father of 3 currently trying to reassess my custody and support. She has SOLE custody because she wouldn't have it any other way. I am wondering if technically I am still required to pay for child care that she has intentionally jacked up so that will be foreced to pay! What do I do?

File for an OSC (order to show cause) hearing to modify the existing order based upon unconcionability or a change of circumstances.

Child care is additional child support that must be paid in addition to child support. You should consult with an attorney to determine whether or not your child support obligation will be reduced by the court. You should also discuss custody and visitation with the attorney.
