Child Support

According to court my husband makes more than his daughters mom but she did not add that she recieves 2,000 in financial aid a month plus her net income is a little over 1,000,which she said it is only 450 a month plus she gets child support.She has an attorney and so does my husband but, when she and my husband spoke about their daughter, they had a written agreement stating he would have overnight visits and child support would go down to 350/mth.At first she told my husband all the money goes into a bank acct for their daughter, hours later she text messaged my husband saying she was adding all her bills up and she will not be able to do it, it is not enough,but she has a brand new car,stereo system in it going out to the casino all the time, just living the luxury life while we are struggling making our payments.What can we do about all this?

Talk with his attorney regarding how you can show that she has more income than she stated in court and work on increasing the amount of visitation time with the child.
