child visitation

the father of my three children is withholding my everyother weekend visits and now he has changed their phone#so i have no contacted with them at all.i have no lawyer,he does i have no money and he has lots of it.what could i do please help me.

CPS investigates reports of child abuse. They are not involved in custody and visitation disputed. Contact attorneys and inquire about the attorney taking your case and seek a court order that your husband pay your attorney fees.

Make a report to CPS. They can arrest the father for disobeying a court order. You can also file for contempt of court against the father. The court could order the father up to 5 days jail time for each violation.
