Children removed from home due to DV

My children were removed from my home and i received no information regarding the case or what will happen to them or whether or not they'll be returned to me!!! Itried contacting their Social worker & all i got was his voicemail... what happens now? what should i do?

If the children were removed because there was domestic violence in the home, a court hearing should have been set for detention, and then a jurisdictional hearing. The time for these hearings is very short. If you have not been informed of these hearings then you should consult with an attorney regarding your options.
