Legal Question in Family Law in California

Had court date..final dissolution of marriage. My attorney says that it will take approx 4 weeks to get final date stamped paperwork from the court. My question is..will the stamp date on paperwork be back dated from court hearing..or dated when judge signs them??

If you are looking to find out the date of termination of the marriage, then it depends on when the court obtained jurisdiction over the parties. If more than six (6) months has elapsed since that date, then the court will enter a date of termination of the marriage then. If not, the court will designate a future date the terminates the marriage.
