Legal Question in Family Law in California

custodial mother avoiding child from seeing father

i have a court order that was updated recently, where i have my daughter every other weekend, due to the situation with my daughter's mother we dont't have a very close relationship.for some reason her mother brainwashed her to not see me and feeds in her mind that my daughter does not have to have a relationship with me if she does not want to.when i took her to court basically the court order was enforced but we have to go back in august for a follow up and know it turns out that she has my daughter going to a therapist.i received a letter from this therapist a few days ago where she just says absurd things that supposedly my daughter gave her permission to write that just damages my character.i do not have an attorney i have an appointment to see one because this is getting out of hand.i need some advice,i am a father that is concerned and trying to do the right thing.

Your custody case is rather complex and will probably not be resolved unless you have an attorney. The first step is to have an attorney review your current order so that you will know what your rights are under that order. Good Luck, Pat McCrary

How old is your daughter? Do you have joint legal custody? If so, you should have a say whether or not she should be seeing a therapist. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.
