custody dilema involves Dom Viol
Criminal assault (D.V.) charges are pending against me. If I plead guilty to tresspassing (plea bargain) can that admission of guilt be twisted to invoke family code 3044? I have a good self defense case, but am considering the plea for financial & time constraints. If so, please provide codes applicable in response. Thanks
