if my daughter goes to a trade school after high school and she is eighteen do i still need to make child support payments? and if so do the stay the same amount?

It depends on what your judgment states. The general rule for child support is that it ends when the child turns 18 or graduates from highschool (up to 19 1/2 years old). If there is not a provision extending support in your Judgment, then you are not obligated to continue paying child support as your child is over 18 and has already graduated from highschool.
