How many days, weeks must you allow prior to set hearing date to have all paperwork filed and served to other party (supplementals, etc.)?

Generally, all papers supporting a motion or request for order must be filed and served no later than 16 court days prior to a scheduled hearing. Court days do not include weekends or judicial holidays. Papers opposing a motion or request for order should be filed and served no later than nine (9) court days, and reply papers no later than (5) court days. (See Code of Civil Procedure section 1005.
