Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorce agreements

As per my divorce decree, my ex wife is obligated to pay certain debts that had both our names on it. I have full custody of our son, and recieve zero child support from her. What do I do if she defaults on these debts? What can I do to ensure she obeys the divorce decree?

Re: Divorce agreements
