Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am getting a divorce that is not finalized yet. I moved out of a house that my x wife and I were renting. We are both on the lease. However I am the only one that makes money to pay the rent. I gave my 30 days notice, the 30 days have passed and my x will not leave the house. She told the landloard that he will have to evict her and that she is not going to move out. My landloard is telling me that I am liable for the rent as long as she stays in the house. Is that true? Is there anything I can do to get her out of the house?

You need to get an order from the Family Court that she move out, or take over the lease and pay the rent.
