Legal Question in Family Law in California
I have been divorced since 11/2007 and I was awarded spousal support of 200.00 and child support for 668.00 pending income taxes which he never showed. My ex husband is a paid actor who continues to work but I see no payments. He has incorporated himself. I now know he is on a television show the court has asked me to find proof on how much he makes per an episode. I can't really afford a Lawyer, so I am handling all the investigation work myself. Would you have any advice on how to find actors pay wages.

You would have to conduct either discovery by requesting his pay information yourself, or you would have to have the court issue a subpoena to his employer to obtain those records for you. I suggest you have an attorney assist you with this.
