Legal Question in Family Law in California

its my easter and we have made plans to go away for a few days, my sons father just wrote me a letter requesting his 5 days of uninterrupted time starting easter sun at *pm which is the end of that person day but since its my year and i have custody of him that week after we made plans. court orders state he cannot use his uninnterupted days when it interferes with holidays and by him requesting those days ruins our plans. what are my options.

You should follow the order of the court. If the order states that holidays supersede the regular schedule then the holidays supersede the regular schedule. You should let him know that you have the correct interpretation of the court order and if the police are called they will enforce the order as it is written.
