I was granteda default judgement on my divorce , now my ex want to set it aside telling the judge i lied tothe court when i gave myself 1/2 the equity in our home -- husband gave me a interspousal trustdeed & we reified the home 2 times & he has lost the home to fote closure he never fileda response to my divorce paper but he was in court the day of the default was granted

just follow through. make sure you appear in court and give your side of the story. hire an attorney if you can.
