Family Law (move away case)

I share custody with my childrens father. I live in Northern ca. and wish to relocated with my children, who live 80% with me, to southern ca. I am certain their father will oppose this move. what are my options?

In a general sense, you only have two options. You can either (1) find a way to adjust visitation so that the other parent comes into agreement with the move away, or (2) seek the permisison of a judge.
