Legal Question in Family Law in California

I filed for divorce, a month later my wife and i signed a paper that stopped the divorce process (her idea) but things have not worked out. I want to continue with the divorce, what do i have to do?

It depends on what you signed to stop the divorce. If you signed a Request for Dismissal, you will need to refile the action and stop all over again. Good Luck.
