Legal Question in Family Law in California

filing a judgement

I need to file a judgement on my ex spouse for failing to pay spousal support. I am in California, he is in Alaska. How do I go about this and what forms do I need?

Re: filing a judgement

Do you already have a judgment wherein the court has ordered him to pay spousal support? If so, then you do not need a "judgment" you do need to enforce your court ordered spousal support. I have been enforcing support orders for the past 16 years. Please feel free to email me at [email protected]. and let me know if you have a current order for support; if you know where he lives; where he banks and what he does for a living.
