Legal Question
I found out that my first divorce filed in 1991 was never finalized (the attorney has since been disbarred). I married in 1993 and separated in 2000. I have had no contact with this person for six years. I realize that I have to finalize the first divorce, but can I get an annullment for the second in this case?
