Do I have to give him anything of my house

I had my house 35 years, first husband died 12 years ago..I remarried and first year had to refinance to pay some of new husbands bills, his name was put on house then but I felt I had to not that I wanted to give him half my house...in these 10 years my income was 3 times his...he has done nothing around house (cut grass etc)on up keep of house..I do all or pay someone else to do it..will I have to GIVE him half my house if we divorce the house was worth probably 400,000 when married & now 800,000 because of me..nothing to do with him

Certainly one half is not equitible. He may have some community property interest in it however. The goal is to limit his claim with aggressive discovery and negotiations. Call me directly at 6192223504.

I would need to speak with you about the exact facts that happened. You may have through inadvertance transmuted a 50% share of the home to your new husband.
