Robert Mccoy Law Office Of Robert McCoy

Your husband will need to bring a motion to vacate the judgment. Usually, on a judgment this old, the motion must be based upon fraud. He will probably have to prove that you lied to him and the court about the value of the assets and that he could not have reasonably known what the value of those assets was at the time you got the judgment. Your ex husband would have to show that he acted diligently after discovering the fraud. If his only claim is that you got more money than him, that would almost never be enough to establish fraud. He would have to show that you got more money than him because you lied.
