Legal Question in Family Law in California

Lawyer perjury himsef in declaration

Hello.

I am in pro per. My son's mother filed an ex parte. Her lawyer did not phone me and did not text me as he stated in his ex parte notice declaration. he also stated that he sent me an email with the date, time, department, location, and ex parte description.

I received the email and read it 1 day late therefore my son's mother received a ruling in her favor and my visitations were suspended for 3 weeks. I went to the schedued court date and showed the judge how the lawyer's ex parte notice declaration states he has done everything; however, his email notice did not state the reason/top of the ex parte application. therefore, the judge dropped the ex parte ruling she gave 3 weeks prior.

What can I do to make the lawyer accountable for perjury himself in his filed declaration as well as testimony he gave to the court stating that he gave proper notice? I paid for a copy of the minute order that states proper notice was not giving and the court drop the ruling. however, what happens to the 3 weeks that i missed out on my son?

this is not the first time this lawyer has lied, this is the only time the court has done something, but what can i file to request the court find him in contempt & hold him accountable? thank

Re: Lawyer perjury himsef in declaration

(1) You can file a complaint with the California State Bar, sending them proof of the misconduct, and hope it results in the Bar sanctioning the lawyer; and/or (2) you can file a motion for sanctions.
