Legal Question in Family Law in California

Since there is no legal definition of what constitutes an "evening" visit, in terms of child custody/visitation schedules or it's percentage. How is it calculated? If I had 4 evening visits per week and alternating weekends, i know that alternating weekends are ~14%, but what does each "evening" visit calculate out to be?
