What legal documents are required in California to obtain a subpeona for bank records for child support purposes?

A notice to the consumer, properly served, and a subpoena duces tecum, properly filled out. There is a whole procedure for this, and it is kind of tricky. Is there a reason that you have decided not to hire a family law attorney?

It also requires that the subpoena be issued by the court, if you don't have an attorney.
